Section 1:

The Foundation (Core Habits)

1. I start my day with a clear plan instead of reacting to notifications. *

2. I know exactly which tasks are “$1,000 impact work” versus “$10 busywork.” *

3. I say “no” to at least one request per week to protect my priorities. *

4. I have a written “Done List” at the end of the day, not just a “To-Do” list. *

5. I use the “One Thing Rule” to identify my absolute top priority daily. *

6. I plan my upcoming week on Sunday evening or Monday morning. *

7. I have a designated “parking lot” for random ideas so they don’t distract me. *

8. I avoid checking email first thing in the morning. *

9. I can easily list my top 3 goals for the current quarter *

10. I feel in control of my schedule at least 4 out of 5 workdays. *

Section 2:

Accelerator (Implementation Lab)

11. I batch similar tasks (emails, calls, admin) into specific time blocks. *

12. I have delegated at least one recurring task in the last 30 days. *

13. I use “Themed Days” or “Themed Blocks” to reduce mental switching *

14. I trust my team/tools to handle tasks without my constant oversight *

15. I complete my most difficult task before noon. *

16. I have standard procedures (checklists) for my repetitive work. *

17. I rarely “touch paper twice”—I make decisions on tasks immediately. *

18. I protect my “Peak Energy” hours for deep, creative work. *

19. I turn off non-essential notifications on my phone and desktop. *

20. I spend less than 20% of my day on “low-value” maintenance tasks. *

Section 3:

Mastery (Success Factor)

21. I build 15-minute “Margins” between every meeting. *

22. I schedule at least 2 hours of “White Space” for thinking every week. *

23. I multiply my time by training others to do what I used to do. *

24. I rarely have back-to-back meetings on my calendar. *

25. I am present with my family/friends because my work is “done” at 5 pm.. *

26. I am currently training for a personal goal outside of my business. *

27. I have a “CEO Power Hour” dedicated purely to long-term strategy. *

28. I manage my energy levels (sleep/movement) as strictly as my time. *

29. I am a “Multiplier” who makes the people around me more productive. *

30. I feel a sense of calm and clarity even when my business is scaling. *
