How the certificate is earned
What a participant must accomplish.
The Certificate in Leadership recognizes completion of the entire Maker to Multiplier™ participant-development pathway—not attendance in a single Program.
- Complete Manager Mastery™, Executive Time Mastery™, Delegation Mastery™, Leadership Mastery™, and the Force Multiplier™ Bonus Program.
- Complete all Capstones.
- Score at least 85% on each quiz.
The Program positions identify where each Program sits within the system. They do not require participants to complete the Programs in a public, mandatory order.
